There are teams beyond your team who is always welcoming and cares about you. They have some of the best minds of the industry, you'd be very lucky if you get a chance to work with them.

There is no transparency in the system. It is very autocratic, right from the MD to your reporting mangers. The appraisal system is really horrible, my reporting mangers didn't even speak to me even once to give me feedback about the year that had gone by. This is the case with every appraisal cycle. I was promised one thing during appraisal but given something absolutely opposite. The work environment within some of the teams are very toxic. Irrespective of how good you are at work, the SBU heads will never acknowledge the hard work. There are no KPIs and they are never set during the start of the year.
