A lot of politics. The company has so many awards and they claim to care about mental health but the senior management mocks the whole idea of mental health saying “it doesn’t exist”.

Biasness pro max - Senior leaders like Nijay Nair play favouritism cards evidently. Senior leadership are bunch of egoistic men, there are hardly any female leaders. Even in their internal sports team, they don't let everyone in, only favorites. I don't know if they are running a company to encourage new talents to brew or push their favourite employees just on the goodwill of the company. There are so many creeps moving around in that organisation. During my time, so many of my female colleagues felt unsafe around a few men.
