Very supportive teammates. Doesn't feel like a new organisation when I joined as a fresher 4 years ago because team are so welcoming & understanding.

It is a good place to get to experiment with latest tech and the pade at which you learn is really quick, found the work to be also very interesting. People over here are supportive and help whenever you need them.

I don't think like there is anything, but one aspect if it has to be would be work life balance, but I think that depends on the individual and promises mad.
