No structure in work assignment and task management, No regular feedback, Not much innovation is required in work - mostly repetitive work, Bad HR Policies, Bad compensation benefits for non-backend software engineers and to get good appraisals to need to constantly impress managers or boast as there is no regular 1:1 feedback Restricted timings for playing(Pool, Foose Ball, TT) in the office No WFH (during covid too).
