Freedom and responsibility in work Flexible hours Young team (though recently many seniors have joined) No hierarchy No leave policy Can be taken WFH easily (unless you are on notice period) Salary credits on time Party Culture (Work harder - Party hard)(Unless you are on notice period)

No structure in work assignment and task management, No regular feedback, Not much innovation is required in work - mostly repetitive work, Bad HR Policies, Bad compensation benefits for non-backend software engineers and to get good appraisals to need to constantly impress managers or boast as there is no regular 1:1 feedback Restricted timings for playing(Pool, Foose Ball, TT) in the office No WFH (during covid too). Office politics leading to low appraisals (have to wait till Apr for increments - even to get it revised) No stock options The company getting funding but still no use for employees - other than jackets and sweets 5th Saturdays are working...Read More

The work is interesting from a fresher's perspective. You get to have ownerships on certain products. Having a young crowd makes working at the office quite enjoyable. Great coworkers are the reason that you come to office. Company can achieve greatly in sense if it works better on its robotics department.

Dislikes

Appraisals are impression driven not work driven. If you have any of manager regarding anything, you can see that in your appraisals. Everything is on priority, that affects product architecture. There's always pressure from management to deliver a product without understanding the consequences. Management also don't understand howthe software lifecycle works and just expects software to fix issues though it has to be hardware....Read More

Worst company too work with.They have six days working weeks but without any compensation.Also the salary they offer is really less.Management here is terrible.Hr group consider themselves as superior which is slowly degrading technical part.They believe on hire and fire.No job security is here.Above all that there are only few people who are working rest all are just worrying what to do.90 percent of people leave job after 6 months due to its bad working environment.Only few people stays.People here are really rude.Work life balance is zero.Better join others if you have offer with dont go with this company even salary is more....Read More

Work life is really bad.No balance is there .7 days working because if anyone is free you have to even attend meeting on Sundays.
