Good working atmosphere Salary always on time opportunities to grow your career & skills Leading Recruitment firm in Gujarat Outings and employee engagement activities as per occassions

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike as such but few suggestions like should have a bigger cafeteria compare to employee strength but they are able manage.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
