There are no good points for this company if you want to make your life hell with work pressure and no appreciation from your manager. You want to make you life hell then join this company.

No work-life balance, Canteen food is horrible, No support from colleagues, TL and MANAGER are come to office just for time pass, No proper training given to a new employee, they gave 4 days of work to complete and the you have to complete in one day. As per internal discussion, this company will soon be ramping down. If you are notdoing job from last 1 year then you can take a risk but if have other other in-hand then I am requesting you. It is all about manager under whom you are working on. Overall I'm happy with my manager than the company.

The way HR conveyed us to come to office and shorter deadline they have given to us without relocation benefits has left bad impact on company. It has changed it was good but now it has becoming toxic culture.
