Our manager harrasses is for months, we complaint about him to our supervisors and hr but still no action was taken. At the end everyone from our team left the job. My main reason to leave that job was because of the manager but nobody helped. Manager passed weird flirty comments and still no action was taken. Pathetic management system. Would not recommend working here to anyone .

They are terrible in terms of promtion and increments they donot look after employees well being and they do have toxic higher authority who will never let you get paid for what you do You are over burden and paid less for what you do. As per my suggestion give one year learn and leave adda is not the place where one should grow or think to grow.

There are no good points for this company if you want to make your life hell with work pressure and no appreciation from your manager. You want to make you life hell then join this company.

No work-life balance, Canteen food is horrible, No support from colleagues, TL and MANAGER are come to office just for time pass, No proper training given to a new employee, they gave 4 days of work to complete and the you have to complete in one day. As per internal discussion, this company will soon be ramping down. If you are notdoing job from last 1 year then you can take a risk but if have other other in-hand then I am requesting you.
