In this pandemic situation they have cut my job and hired a junior level profile. terrible experience.

company is sound financially but middle management is not co-operative, once you ask for growth then you are out of the company, terrible experience.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
