Need to improve a lot in work like balance and good working environment. Very toxic culture and negative environment leading to low motivation and decrease in work efficiency.

Dislikes

Poor gender sensitivity Low importance to work life balance Negative mindset and toxic environment People don't cre about mental health of the employee.
