I would say adani solar is the best company in my entire carrier. During first 4 year tenure I have handled many project as project manager and travel many part of India. Always I got proper support from all my colleagues and my reporting manager Mr. Manor Rout . Still I am missing them after resigning from adani.

Dislikes

Company is very good but I have left the company due to arrogant behaviour and lack of knowledge of reporting manager (Mr. Vakshlam). I have complaint many times to HR about his way of communication and arrogant nature but HR had never taken any action against him, so I thing it is better to leave the organisation . Apart from memany other juniors have also left the organisation because of this reason. So Company should think about it . If in future I will get opportunity to serve then definitely I will join but not under such nonsense manger....Read More
