There is no job security in adani Power. Adani family is good but here management is very bad. No any appreciation to lower level. Specifically due to groupism right people who has working hard they are not getting reward

There’s nothing like so much pressure on you , and nobody interferes in your work or stop you from doing excellent things. Salary is fair as per market standards.

Location is so much outside, no work life balance and getting leaves on time is very difficult, worst culture, nobody thinks about employees and their problems. Food is worst in canteen.
