1. No job security 2. No social life 3. No value of employees who dedicated their precious 15/20 years 4. No fix timing for lunch/dinner/breakfast/tea for shift employees 5.Always shortage of staff, never got leave as per requirement

We don't have option when we got transferred to head office

No correct compensation we will get .. only persons have High contacts with higher level only will get .. although we do work over time in sake of company. We can't get the correct increment.. increment is on percentage mode.. if one have with 3 lakhs package if he given very high efforts will get low amount for that period of work than the person who doesn't work whole year with 7 lakhs package.. although both doing same work scope...Read More
