1. No job security 2. No social life 3. No value of employees who dedicated their precious 15/20 years 4. No fix timing for lunch/dinner/breakfast/tea for shift employees 5.Always shortage of staff, never got leave as per requirement

There is a lot of politics and grouping. Salary is not decent but career growth is very slow. Work satisfaction is almost nil.

It was a good journey so far. But the issue is the company is not at all employee centric. Career Growth, Compensation and Learning is terrible.
