Its just a brand not an employee friendly company.

I have worked their for more then 2 years but didn’t get a single penny hike coz as per the policy they give hike only in July. I have joined their in October 2K19 and till Feb 2K22 I didn’t got a hike coz as per policy HR told that u will get hike after 3 years. I have spoiled 2 years with this company.

We don't have option when we got transferred to head office

No correct compensation we will get .. only persons have High contacts with higher level only will get .. although we do work over time in sake of company. We can't get the correct increment.. increment is on percentage mode.. if one have with 3 lakhs package if he given very high efforts will get low amount for that period of work than the person who doesn't work whole year with 7 lakhs package.. although both doing same work scope...Read More

My career tenure in Adani from 2011 - 2021 Up to 2011 - 2019 period is great period everything was going good.. But after 2019..

One of the Worst Group (Adani Port) Specially in Port Sector There is Zero Job Security.. From 2019 after corona time, The Senior management decide to fired the employees or Transfer the employees in to third party contract. Adani Forgat those employees whos started the Ports, who grow the Ports. Now those employees has been fired from job or transfer in Contract basis.. Same activity is going on from last 6-7 years..
