Work culture sucks. Few managers are reckless and inhumane. Few Male managers and top-level executives don't have any respect towards female employees, not even towards the top-level female managers. These people here breathe politics here. They live and die in the ocean of politics. They are not transparent with the promotions, andterminations. One manager (Khinit Mahajan - Name Changed) is one of the worst parasites that DLL - Landmark group has in its office. He doesn't know how to respect the team, extremely selfish. There is no job security. U have to survive alone ..only if u are favorite of your boss than he will help you or else fight alone for your job . A lot of politics going in the company.
