Rampant micromanaging by top leaders. Rude behaviour by senior leaders. Growth is slow and not always dependent on performance. Too much use of paper. Approval queue is slow and unnecessarily long e.g., hiring of a semi-skilled worker in site will require clearance of the CEO! Benefits provided on site are not optimal. Have to travel using own vehicle in roads in poor condition. Company doesn't care about employee safety if it can save money at the expense of safety.
