Good/Open working environment and employee friendly culture like a family. Seniors are very supportive and open minded, Management is very much transparent and clear with its vision. A place for chilling with your co workers and sr. Management. Company policies and process are good and fair enough to work with the group with long run.

Misuse of powers by few individuals.

Everyone on mangers level forced on contractor employees and I am working with Adani more than 4 year now they reduced working hour’s also salary decreased nobody think about 4 year of my work skills. Everyone thinks about our parmotion no buddies thinking lower gred employees.
