It's a very bad experience for me.dont go interview please.hr and team leader and manager also very bad.3 is ledy.work pressure is so much.and time is not9.30 to 6.30 time is 9.30 to 7.30and salery realse on mont 1 st but payroll cycle was 40 days.that mean aapko 40 days ki salary means 21 jan to 20 Feb ki salary 1st of April milegi.40 din Kam krne bad 30 din ki salary milegi.

Guys don't ever join this company.Ye log bolte kuch hai aur krte kuch hai. Already I hold a good experience of trainer and maine yhan apply kra for Trainer/TL both profile. But they took all the rounds of interview as team leader and i cleared that also and F2F m mujhe TL ka offer bhi diya samne se inke director Mr.Khandelwal ne. Per jb maine joining ki formalities puchi toh inki HR said ki abhi hum profile aapko education consultant ki denge offer letter mein and salary bhi and 2-3 months baad we will increase. After all this their HR disconnected the call in a very rude way too. Arey mtlb agr tumlogo ko profile jb education consultant ki dena tha toh kisi ko incorrect/fake information dena aur time kyun waste krna.Starting m hi bol dete ki tumlog ke paas vacancy nhi h TL/Trainer ki. I joined there as an intern for telesales . This company has no work ethics . I was suppose to work there for 2 months but they offered me to stay for another month for which they will be offering me a different compensation. Neither did they clear my incentives nor my last month’s salary . Instead of informing the hr and management multiple times no action was taken.
