Advance work culture,new machinery,advance technology available. Good opportunity for learning and developing new skills

No salary on time,once in a 6 months, No facilities for foreign people No food quality Management support is very very very very poor. Not a good place for professional people’s

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
