I pity sometimes because even after 9 yrs there are only 280 to 290 full time employees. So rather than growing they concentrate on small revenue without knowledge of how other companies growing giving good salaries to employees. I don't know and I feel cheap when I say salary like 2 lakh 50 thousand per annum.

In my life I use to feel I made good decisions but after joining in this company I am like damn and after experience there managing and work culture felt like made huge mistake. Waste culture is like money poo, everyone here is like manager. Too much nepotism, none have knowledge on technology stack. They keep lot of things in LinkedIn but none have knowledge and if you ask help you can't expect a reply on the context 😂. Everyone here want to manage but no one interested to work on technology. They hire lot of freshers and try to place to client with proxy kind of cheap tricks. They buy or use technology stack than developing from scratch like chatbots with Azure which is very easy and bill like hell to end client and try make sales and I pity whoever opt that😔. Coming to HR, he is the special guy pretending as if he is close to CEO and he don't that we don't give a shit about that. This company is not futuristic, ambition less and for employees it is like nightmare. Employees work here lack of company knowledge, who just want to become managers, and who don't have thirst in them to grow....Read More
