There is politics.. Salary is not as per qualifications.. There is a bond for 2 years.. Before it you can't resign.. And there is culture to do overtime.. Also for ladies it's not comfortable for them

I don't think so anything good thing at aculife healthcare, they have big name but they don't want to anything.

1) HR preople don't know how to behave with employees. 2) Company is too far from city and they pushed employee to stay after working hours that's also for sops reading for each and all employee at plant. 3) Not following any kind of compliance. 4) Notice period is three month but after giving resignation they doesn't gives salary to employee, and after releaving you will get releaving letter and fool n final after six month. 5)nobody having professionalism to behave at organization....Read More
