The management of the company is very poor. Ull find no one is helpful in the company. The worst thing of any organisation is that the employees will never know the facts unless spends intial 6 months in the company.

Process are not well defined and never followed Micro management, HR Team is puppet to the senior management no stance of themselves. Low Pay. Work Pressure. Politics, Favouritism. Work Culture is really bad, Managers shout here & make fun of their sub-ordinates.

Slightly challenging as being a credit research analyst one have to manage the clients, internal BD teams, internal target pressure to complete the cases and face committies and give presentation on regular basis.

As it is a smaller team, great opportunity to learn and grow skills. On time salary.

Dislikes

Top heavy organization which affects the profitability of the company and the general employees get average salary and hike. Favoritism, people closer to top management are preferred for promotion and appraisals. Average work environment. There is no cafeteria in office as management believes the employees will indulge in unnecessary conversations and waste their time.
