1. Office Politics : it used to be good, it getting bad day by day 2. Policies that applies only for employees and not for higher management 3. Network and internet : They are software company, and you can't work on client vpn in peace here 4. Double Standard : For whole year they are profitable, at appraisal time they are barelly surviving.. everyone is performing exceptional in individual meeting but there are a lot of non profitable individuals, the performing ones have to carry those as well as a humanity and they accepted with pleasure.. after 10 days those non performing are kicked out... who are we supporting now?? almost everyone is working with 2-3 clients with timely invoice clearance but no idea why still non performing... when some good employee puts up their paper all of a sudden that employee is the core of the business... they are willing to even double up their pay, if they are so valuable then why did you let situation reach this level. ye sab ke sab milke hamko bana rahe hain...Read More

Some persons very good attitude.easy colibrate and more help full for projects.main KAJAL have good attitude Kajal does not show the defense of North and South. Treat everyone equally.
