No career growth , No salary appraisal, extreme politics, bad work environment , No Job security, No innovation, No learning etc are few of the negative aspects of Acrysil Limited. This is exclusively my experience.

Work Details

Not Hectic, but frustrating handling the whole division without any team & basic resources. No recognition in any form . Sorry can't sugar my sentences.

There is no opportunity for any one due to internal senior officer dispute.

No one ready to provide any assistance for work. Some people are not hold Graduate degree.

Its very boaring and no future growth with the company. The company HR is not actice. They are interested in deduction of salary of junior staff.no future benifit to work with such organisations.
