Work life balance,MD really care about his employees,decent food and accomodation ,site facilities even better than other big players in shutdown like anabewb or other companies,Salary on time

Heavily biased system in some senior staffs during corona out break they did selectively fired people from certain community in priority ,others were in second or third list only,i lost good opportunity by my bad decissions of joining this company instead of accepting other offers in hand,
