Very poor work life balance. Forget personal life. Management forces teachers to share their personal mobile numbers to students and parents which is compulsory. Teachers are compelled to respond the phone calls of fellow staffs and parents regardless of timings as if we don't have family of our own. They suck life out of is Monday to Saturday. Even during government holidays teachers are forced to come to school. Teachers don't have culture and decency at all<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They don't even pay the promised salary properly</mark>. And the salary is not transferred to individual account. 3 employees salary is transferred to one's account, where we have to share among ourselves.
