Work environment and culture is not good. Teammates and managements are not transparent nor supportive. Company policies,appraisals are not good but they give bonus and salary on time.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is little bit decent but career growth is very very much slow.

Work Details

The job was quite interesting. I struggled a bit in beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt some thing on the job.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
