HR is ignoring all this evan after all complains. Girish HR head is useless, no function, celebration , activity in company. operarot and manegement staff no one is participating. complete flop show. union leader is giving overtime to favorite persons by forcing engineers, no work is done in overtime. only timepas and enjoy. operators is staring at girls and outsiders all time. and giving cheap comment also. HR is coming to factory 1 time in 1 month. Hr shoukd take action, operator are not listen to HR also. hr is failure in company. complete gundagiri by all operator using bad words and giving dhamki and shouting to manager. they dont have manner. only few operator are good.
