Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. The onboarding team is having a work pressure but still we maintain to be cool, stressfree and have good work place. Comparing to my previous work, i felt the team is co-operative and the TL is very helpful.

The back fire and discourage from other team members. I feel others must leave us to do our work without any interfear in it.
