there is nothing to be liked for this company.

Dislikes

the boy with a sliver spoon ruining the company culture. just because of a foreign degree doesn't makes you a good director. overall most pathetic person is the HR manager, doesn't even know how to differentiate / deal with labor & official persons. the management has eyes all over the place (you feel like working in a big boss showCAMERAS every where except the toilets) no working ethics. office culture is just worst, accounts persons has ruined all the working culture no time limit they sit from factory opening to closing. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
