Directors are really very good, tier 2 is the Worstest thing happening, these team will never ever pass the message to the higher ups, above all internal politics in tier 2,no value for talented ppl, they hr team blindly hires ppl without the details of the candidate, no proper support for internal transfer, respect for leaders I. E, Director they are Dr Sridhar Sir and Lalit madam,

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
