Directors are really very good, tier 2 is the Worstest thing happening, these team will never ever pass the message to the higher ups, above all internal politics in tier 2,no value for talented ppl, they hr team blindly hires ppl without the details of the candidate, no proper support for internal transfer, respect for leaders I.
