I liked the fact the owners are entrepreneurs and learnt lot of technical issues.

Dislikes

The company needs to invest in advanced and modern Management techniques. Also the Decision making freedom down the management line is overly controlled. Hygiene is at all time low. More work Very less pay. Lot of Politics. No team approach at all.
