Being a female here means that you will get less pay least growth. The managers will not bother to call you if its day or night. They always you to be near your working station. If someone performs really well then he/she will be targeted. They will try everything possible to crash his/her scores that don't have to pay the incentives. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and increament every year. Training sessions are very helpful. 5 days working. Flexible shifts.
