Was working for ACE voice, process is run by an incompetent manager, who has got 2 leads as her puppets. Have seen people being terminated for silly reasons just because the manager had personal issues with them. Unnecessary pressure from team leads. Partial team leads manipulating KRA data to maximise incentives for their favorites. Good company but the worst process to work at and worst manager(curly haired) and TLs to work under....Read More
