Was working for ACE voice, process is run by an incompetent manager, who has got 2 leads as her puppets. Have seen people being terminated for silly reasons just because the manager had personal issues with them. Unnecessary pressure from team leads. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
