Nothing much except a five day working week.

The company is run by a brahmanical thread all around in top of the each functions. (Especially HR ).Though it's a US MNC the mindset and morale is basically a casteist slur with them and applied vigorously. Top of the group has no vision to grow the business. They don't have empathy with anyone and you can be sacked without any explanation. Due to this valuable resources across all functions had left in group after the pandemic in recent times. Work Details

Work life is pathetic as top of the India Accudyne group has no broad minded vision to elevate the life of resources. And mostly people working in bottom and mid tier are unhappy and the work life and environment can give you hard times.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Freedom for Sales and Marketing Activities. Work load was not beyond limits.

Dislikes

No Training Module. Being a small Organisation, no career growth. Travel Policies were not clearly defined. No talk on innovation or motivation.

Work Details

Got opportunity to learn marketing activities, tender / project work execution. But Organisation does not believe in marketing. No profile specific training hence no skill development. Co-ordination with Plant / Operation was less.
