Company policies are very employee centric. Your superior takes care of you very well. Was always given opportunity take up new challenges without havig prior experience. Job at Accord really shaped my career.

Dislikes

Only drawback for my role was that my reporting manager was based out of London, UK and that kind of lead to not having proper transperancy in some of critical aspects of the job.

Work Details

Work life was overall satisfactory as I was mentored well by my superiors. I was never let down and always got help in order to advance in my role.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
