Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a hug cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Learning and salary on time

Management do not support female employees during pregnancy and post maternity. I gave more than 4yrs to the company and expected some sort of flexibility but I did not get any support at all from my seniors, instead created lots of politics and created an atmosphere wherein I had to resign.The funny part is that someone from the senior most person in Gurgaon office told me that I have not done even a single work in the past 4 years. It was a good company to work for, pressure yes as it is a sales company.

Management needs to understand if a employee needs an emergency exit you need to understand so they don't walk out. I've seen people walk out of the company because of management and even I had to do the same.
