I joined accion in 2023 august . Past one year i went lot of torture and mental strain. Hikes are very less just 4%. I came to know some people have lost their lives due to happy depression given by project manager. I don't recommend anyone to join accion. First one month it will be good. Afterwards everyone show their real faces...As a women I won't suggest.

I am working in accionlabs from past 8 months. But my experience is very Bad at it's core.. Women employees are totally ignored and they are targeted by giving mental torture.In Mumbai office after the office hours, someone in a team of my project is coming closely with me and misbehaved with me. I immediately came out . Same incident twicely happened. I saw few reviews in other places in accionlabs. I feel all the women in accionlabs should come together and raise their voices. Incompetent Leadership & Disregard for Professionalism Working with this company was an incredibly disappointing experience. The project manager showed a shocking level of carelessness and a complete lack of professionalism. There is absolutely no job security in this Organization and I strongly advise against joining. They initially offer a high salary to entice you, ensuring you don't reject the offer. This is because they dont want to lose client billing and business from their customers. The senior management and leadership team lack ethics and moral support and they are the main culprits, skilfully playing their cards. Intially they hire the people from the market, but after few months, they attempt to replace with existing employees who are on the bench. HR claims its a hybrid model, but once who joins the project, management insists on a full-time office presence. Infact, its better tell in advance about work from office, instead of giving false promises to the new joiners. Also there are no good projects to learn technically in this Organization....Read More
