Access healthcare is a good company to work. We will have salary benefits as well as incentive benefits...also few SME's and leads are well trained.

Dislikes

There will be a partiality and as well as politics...few Team lead behaviour is so worse...i will not prefer anyone to work there...floor ethics is not followed...leads will create awkward moment in the floor especially my team lead.... nothing to say..one of my worst experience.

If your manager dissatisfied in one occasion of your work in a year like one in hundred. They will cancel your appraisal. You will not get appraisal for that whole year. And no leaves are permissable and you must work in holidays..no work life balance. If we login by 8.30 in the morning it will take upto night 9.30 to complete the task that they providing...all their moto is to move the cases amd satisfy clients...that's all.....Read More

Access healthcare is really good in all terms except TL and delivery manager.

Dislikes

Recently they hired 600+ for hanger DME project. SPOC have been selected without zero knowledge in DME as well as software. Since those PPL came from Omega with delivery manager reference. Interview for Muslim PPL was just like how many times you pray a day, regularly go to mosque, where are you from. Delivery manager is a Muslim. Group leader yuvraj, Sandeep won't give respect to the team members. Hate speech, shouting in the floor, threatening in terms of like we will terminate, no knowledge regards the process. Yuvraj goes well only with female employees. Again access healthcare is really good company, but these three bad....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
