There is no job guarantee.. they are facing huge loss. Company is in debt.. Huge revenue client was very much disappointed of the services they got, partial process moved to omega.. TL and managers are worst, they don't care about employees, they will only think about themselves, there is no value for your work.. they will replace you as soon as possible if you have some issues with ur TL(Ranjith in dlf) he don't have any knowledge . They are not even considered you as human , treating like a mechine which related to emotions of your will look deep low If you work hard you will get promotion depends on your TL , if TL had some favour on other partner what ever you do you will not get promoted

If your manager dissatisfied in one occasion of your work in a year like one in hundred. They will cancel your appraisal. You will not get appraisal for that whole year. And no leaves are permissable and you must work in holidays..no work life balance.
