Dirty Politics. Contributions of long term sincere and dedicated employees would be easily disregarded. No open door discussion forum to discuss on an issue reported on an employee. Decisions are made based on the words of the manager or Director even if they are idiots, who does not even possess a little amount of process knowledge. Extending the shift hours always. People MGT is worse. Also there is no means to retention policy of the employee. People who suffer and want to come back for gennuie reason are not entertained and will be considered as absconded.

Dislikes

Being the pay scale master, Access owns the similar work strength which we could name it as pressure. There are ways to automate them and being done by support team also. Towards its usage and implementation to the associates is less.

This is something that every individual has to plan based on his or her mindset. Access will not push you to extend unless there is a perfect need for business and there comes the opportunity.
