High package is the only good thing.

Dislikes

Poor infrastructure. There is no dedicated work place in office premises for GL to Sr. Managers. They need to roam and work with their laptop. There is no work Life balance.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
