I am very glad that I am be the part of a big group.. Our company is working 17 countries all over the world.. Since last 30 years... I learned soft skill and technical skill development. Working environment and culture is good and management is supportive to staff .. I get full accommodation as per company norms.

Dislikes

The growth is slow and no compensation as per performance.. Work pressure is too much.. I have to work 12 to 14 hrs per days..but results same.. no any appreciation and not carrier growth..

Company had lots of politics and Managerial person are most worst they are only saving there job and not doing there work. All there responsibility they gives there uder senior person and blame for wrong and if any good happenings take take their full credit without appreciating there senior and junior. All day you to work but no any benefit on working holiday if your family person you think you will do whole month work including week off and then try leave for 4-5 days your manager not adjusted....Read More

Site Culture was good. The only good thing I found in the year.

Dislikes

It wont fit over here. There are too many. Specially top management of Eastern Region has no work else than blaming employees on failure of the commitments they make to the Client. You wont get proper Sub Contractors because of payment issues & in result you will end up having the blame on yourself. And as stated earlier the top management have done Phd in Blaming the Employess.
