Job security goes for toss. Every now and then you have struggle to prove yourself. You will have ample of leaves but your manager donot allow you to take leaves. Feels like been slaved for rest of life. There is mass layoff internally every year and if managers are pressurised to lay off team. No matter how you have worked they let you go. Timing was strict for 9.30hrs a day. No work life balance and strict dress code. And completion of internal 80 hr is must and also some or their external certificates were also with your own money. And you cannot decide what you will work for. Once they lock you in to skill set you are forced to work. Few managers ever were womanisers. Company support woman employees and facilities are good. Compensation is 1% hike depending on project you work in. Extreme politics in terms of hikes and onshore opportunities. No fun all work and it’s good for one who are freshers. And they use slangs while shouting and scolding employees as observed. Dint feel it’s professional as boosted in review sections. Good for one who is good for managers....Read More
