1. We can learn more technologies in short span of time. 2. More Opportunities internally to switch career paths. 3. Good salary hikes to encourage talent. 4. Management Behavior is very good. 5. Technical managers support is excellent. 6. Strong Leadership with Motivation. 7. Flexible working hours.

Dislikes

Need to play multiple roles wherein it's really tough/challenging for the people who wants to stick to their role. Whereas, at the same it's opportunity to grab lot of experience and to learn new things.

Work Details

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
