It's not the good company to join and begin career journey. There is lot of politics within the management. Behaviour of management is very rude. Job security is very poor...they fired the employees without any prior intimation. I worked there for 2 years however they haven't provided my variable pay whenever we asked their reply was our business is not running well hence we are not providing variable pay out. Overall pathetic work culture. I would request don't join this company....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
