Negative work life balance, concall starts at 8am and sales target pressure and manager's calls stays till 11pm, Employees are forced to achieve daily figures on sunday's , concalls are specifically done on Sunday to build pressure. 2. Mileage allowance were cut down by current management, therefore you end up spending from your own pocket. 3. Company's internal working and management decision making is extremely slow and poor which makes it difficult for sales team to sell the product in market. 4. HR policy here is a big joke, any kind of workplace harassment or torture complaint will go unanswered. 5. Career Growth in the organisation in zero, employees end up working on the same role for decades even after good performances. 6.
