Company's internal working and management decision making is extremely slow and poor which makes it difficult for sales team to sell the product in market. 4. HR policy here is a big joke, any kind of workplace harassment or torture complaint will go unanswered. 5. Career Growth in the organisation in zero, employees end up working on the same role for decades even after good performances. 6.
