They do not disturb you after ofc hours. You get ample opportunities to learn and develop. Good work-life balance. Alternate Saturday off. The leave policy is nice. You are not asked questions for your sick leave (if its more than 2 days).

Dislikes

You will be added to a project, where even if you do not have any interest in that project, you have to work in that project.

I like that I have to stay at home specially during Covid times and no need to come to office for any documentation or meetings. I get to learn more about handling different projects and managing teams as a senior role.

Dislikes

Work culture is work, no professional aspect. Salary is inadequate compared to the work needs to be done. There is a timer which gets affects much of the work since many a times that timer doesn't work and our productive works are not recorded in that. I had to switch to different projects and since environment is worse, juniors from those teams were leaving before I was assigned that team, lead to extra work load. Even weekends are not week offs, it's like we had to work over there on weekends too without any incentives or overtime bonus....Read More

Nothing. Acadecraft was my last organisation I worked with and it was pathetic! I will strongly advise job seekers not to go with this organisation unless they have no other options left. Keep it at the least priority. Well it was my experience with the organisation. You will definitely get to hear a mixture of response for any edtech but I am being honest here! All the best :)

The job is target based, if you targets are not achieved even when there are no questions on portal, they will deduct ur salary. Morover these target related thing is never communicated by HR at the time of joining. They just find small reasons for salary deduction. Upon asking, why salary got deducted, they never provide proper feedback.
